Products are shipped via USPS First Class and or USPS Priority Mail.

*Exclusions apply to specific products, shipping exclusions are listed with those individual products in their individual descriptions, not all products will have this listing, in specific cases we may find an error as such described in our Terms of Service wherein we will correct the pricing offering adjustment in a timely manner.  

We ship products daily Monday - Friday, orders are processed as they are received. Generally orders ship out within 2 business days. This timeline is reflective of averages over thousands of orders, it is not a guarantee that your order will be shipped within 48 hours. It is a projection of averages and that timeline may change based on inventory levels as well as labor and weather conditions and circumstances that are beyond our control.   

Occasionally specialty shipping options can be available please TEXT (740)-262-8623 to check on product availability and available upcharge shipping options.  

Should your product be lost or damaged in shipping we will replace it at no additional cost to you. 

Tracking information is available and sent to your provided email address when your order is shipped, if your package becomes stuck in the postal system for 10+ days without movement please contact USPS or the package courier company directly first prior to contacting us. You can send us an email describing your issue to helpdesk@chokeexpress.com along with your order number and we will submit a secondary status request on your behalf.

Choke Express does not engage in business with any resident or government of the following nations or any that may be added post 12/18/2020. If you do process an order from one of these nations we will refund the payment and we will not provide any services. Currently the only countries that we provide service to are Canada and United States. If your country is not on the OFAC restricted list and you wish to inquire about sales please call before placing an order and we will check with our payment provider as well as legal avenues and acquire international shipping rates custom to your request. All other means of purchase outside of our service areas will be declined/refunded.
